Lava XOLO Q1000+: Thinnest Smartphone of India

Just a week has past that the subsidiary company of Lava named as Xolo made the launch of its Q1000 smartphone into the markets of India and now, there are buzzes whirling around regarding the coming up of another device. Lava is enforcing its Xolo portfolio by adding devices in regular intervals in order to compete with the fast growing market of mobile devices. The company is embedding amazing features in its low-budget devices. Well, the Xolo Q1000 smartphone was launched with a price tag of about Rs14,999 and now the company is planning to unveil its successor named as Xolo Q1000+.

The Xolo Q1000+ smartphone is kinda well designed having a very slim body case which is about 6.x mm thin. This feature makes it to be known as the thinnest smartphone of India and to be categorized among the slimmest smartphones of the world. Well, it is a great thing that the company is putting efforts to launch the sleek smartphone of the world and the thinnest smartphone of the Indian market. You can imagine the classy feel of a razor like thin smartphone in your hand, how cool it would be.

According to sources, the Xolo Q1000+ smartphone is likely to be launched in the coming month, August at a price range of about Rs13,000 to Rs14,000. This smartphone is expected to be unveiled with 5.0-inch IPS technology based display along with the feature of 720p HD display resolution. There is no confirmation whether the device will run on Android v4.1 or v4.2 Jelly Bean operating systems but is said to be powered by a Quad-core processor with 1.2GHz CPU speed.

The device is enabled with a 4GB ROM as internal memory and also supports external memory via microSD card which is expandable up to 32GB. It is embedded with an 8.0-megapixel rear camera and a front camera is also provided but still to be determined. It may come up with many more features as it is likely to run on the Jellybean platform of Google’s Android.

Previously, in the month of May, Xolo had launched three smartphones namely, Q700, X910 and the quad-core Q1000. The Q700 and X910 devices were rated with the same price of about Rs9,999 while the Q1000 was priced at Rs13,990. According to the reports from various sources, Xolo has got plans of unveiling a high-end device named as Q2000 in the future months.
