HTC Officially Announced Desire 600 Dual-SIM Mid Range Handset: Quad-core, BlinkFeed, BoomSound & Video Highlights

HTC, the Taiwanese manufacturer has announced its Desire 600 dual sim device and this is the latest mid-range smartphone of the company featuring dual SIM support. Press image of a mid-range device were recently found but this device is much different in its looks. This dual sim device features the Sense 5 UI running on top and will be made available in the markets by the start of June. Well, it seems like an affordable variant of the HTC One device.

The accompanies a good number of amazing features which include 4.5-inch qHD super LCD2 display, 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, Android Jelly Bean, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, BSI sensor, 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera with BSI sensor and many more. Above all, it combines the innovative HTC BlinkFeed home screen which enables speedy and easy multitasking. It is also embedded with HTC BoomSound having Dual frontal stereo speakers along with built-in amplifiers.

The stunning 4.5” qHD super LCD2 display having a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels displays the HTC BlinkFeed which transforms the home screen into a customizable stream of live information. This aggregates social streams, news and grants fresh local and global content at a go. This provides above 10,000 articles per day from leading media sources of the world which include AOL, ESPN, MTV, The Financial Times and Reuters.

This device features HTC Video Highlights that enable you to take images captured on either the 8MP rear-facing camera or the 1.6 MP front-facing camera and automatically creates 30-second show reels which are professional-looking. With a single tap on the screen , you can share your life with friends, family and social networks just by selecting a music theme and then altering the sequences.

It accompanies HTC BoomSound with dual front-facing speakers enable mobile entertainment. It has built-in amplifiers which minimize distortion granting a sharp, rich and wholly immersive smartphone sound. Audi quality is amazing with the Beats Audio integration providing intense and high-powered audio. Other features include 3.5 mm headset jack, 3.5mm audio jack, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 8GB internal memory, 3G (HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX, GPS with a-GPS. It is boosted by a 1860 mAh battery.

The price of the HTC Desire 600 dual sim is yet unknown and the device will be globally available with mobile operators and major retailers in early June 2013.
