Samsung Galaxy S4 Active Rugged Smartphone to be Available in UK by July 1 [Rumor]

Here is interesting news for the gadget freaks, techie guys and Android device lovers as one of the latest reports discloses that another member of the Samsung Galaxy S4 clan can hit the mobile markets of some countries in the coming month (July). Previously, we had also discussed Samsung Galaxy S4Mini and Image Leak of AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 Active in details, both the devices being of the Galaxy S4 clan. Well, a few hours ago (yesterday), the South Korean manufacturer announced the Galaxy S4 Active as a rugged handset.

According to the reports, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active is said to be a rugged device that is designed to endure and survive with the tough daily life conditions. However, like always, the details of the availability are not confirmed along with the device announcements of new devices. According to the sources from Sam Mobile, this rugged device will be made available in UK from the 1st of July but still, we need to confirm the release date from Samsung.

The company told that the device will be unveiled for purchase later in this summer itself while some markets inclusive of U.S and Sweden will get it initially or at the start. Currently, we have no confirmation about the pricings from any sources but we expect the device to be priced in the same range as that of the regular Galaxy S4 model. The Galaxy S4 Active, after being released, will be unveiled in three colors namely Urban Grey, Dive Blue and Orange Flare. The color variants in grey, teal and red colors were seen earlier in the leaked images of the device and hence we expect those color models to be showcased in the stores soon. One of the positive aspects is that the Galaxy S4 Active will be showcased at the Samsung Premiere 2013 event which is scheduled to take place in London on the 20th of June and with this, we will be able to get more details of the price and global launch of the device.
